APA neeko plays

APA is really good and plays some random champs, including neeko - he's probably the best rework neeko
https://clips.twitch.tv/FunnyKnottyChipmunkKeyboardCat-vY-Jn307pTe-bIiU he pretends to be a melee minion then r protobelt e q deletes their adc, note that the enemy team is fakegod/armao/tony top/blacc massu/vulcan; the neeko passive is new enough to catch the best na players (and not shown here but vulcan seemed shook by this neeko champ, blitz grabbing random minions from waves). Anyways making a random good play happen out of nowhere is one way a good player wins.
This next play is 2 clips because it's like 2 minutes long:

Another mark of a good player is performing even though their team underperforms, here I run into amumu and die and he still makes a kill from nothing, steals baron, jukes their team for like 30s with his passive, gets another kill, almost lives if not for aphelios flash galeforce. Again this highlight reel is against basically the best NA soloq players and with a really underperforming team, so that's how you can tell he's playing well.
We actually lost this game, I blame our top getting caught - I've seen niles do well some games but run some games down too. Glass houses though I guess. I got caught by amumu r/q a few times which is bad, you don't want to get cced yourself as janna since you/your team get bursted, ideally you save everything for when amumu goes in and can react immediately since not cced. But yeah the point is you can tell when someone is good when you feed and they still play really well in a hard game.
