 Does sona Q aura on an ally stack echoes of helia when they auto?

I saw a comment on summonerschool saying sona q empowering autos gives a stack, but milio passive doesn't give a stack and it seems like maybe nami e somehow doesn't as well (but in hindsight I was wrong about the item it's still good on her), has anyone checked if you get a stack from someone autoing with your q aura?

It would be really weird if it worked like that since sona q aura damage doesn't count as hers for any other purpose.
