✿ Echo Heal changed from 20-40 percent (1-18 ally level scaling) to 35 percent flat.

✿ Echo Shield changed from 30-40 percent (1-18 ally level scaling) to 40 percent flat.

✿ Same target heal bonus changed from 15-30 percent (1-18 ally level scaling) to 25 percent flat.

✿ Same target shield bonus changed from 20-30 percent (1-18 ally level scaling) to 30 percent flat.

✿ Mythic passive changed from five ability haste to five percent heal and shield power. (👀)

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong, but I feel like Soraka does really well with these changes considering her impact is based on both her heals and silence as well. What are some of your thoughts on these changes? Does this benefit Sona as well?

I haven't looked into it since I haven't played support in a while, but isn't there a bug with aoe heals and shields with moonstone? That's what I keep reading on reddit.

Yeah it depends on the number they settle on after all the bugfixes/balance decisions. But yeah unlike the old moonstone which required being consistently in combat over time (which sucked for soraka), this one is potentially good for soraka.
