healing reduction efficiency

On the 13.20 preview Milio passive now "considered Milio's damage; does not steal kill credit. Enables Chemtech Putrifier through allies"
If this works with stuff like spellthiefs and manaflow it makes those much better. I think I saw it specifically doesn't work with rylais, otherwise that'd be interesting. Fortunately they say it works with Chemtech Putrifier (and oblivion orb too right?).
Healing reduction gets overrated sometimes, it's just a stat that can be more or less efficient depending on the game, like how armor is better if they have more AD champs, so when the heal cut items start from a point of sucking relative to alternatives (shurelya's, sofw) it's hard to make them worth it.
A good exercise is to just press tab and check how much healing reduction you've done, sometimes it is really good and clearly worth it, other times not. It does more dmg if the enemy team has a lot of healing champs but also if your champ applies it well. Which sounds obvious, but for some reason idk people only look at the enemy team when deciding on heal cut? It depends on your own champ too.
Back when chemtech putrifier applied heal cut on anyone you healed/shielded it was actually good, you'd apply it much more often because you heal/shield allies on champs like milio more than you directly hit enemy champs. This milio change is similar since his passive counting as his dmg on a teammate will apply heal cut, applying it much more often.
Idk, too many words to just say heal cut is better if applied more which milio does now, but yeah it'll be fun to try it and press tab and see if the number is big.
