 sona adc advice

I just got gm cutoff playing sona adc, and so far undefeated. I am having fun playing it but I don't really know a lot about it any advice on how to play macro later in the game as sometimes we just give up towers that I know normally would not happen? Is it just na aram all the way?

It helps to have a fiora or irelia or something to vacuum up waves since you can't really sidelane. You yourself definitely just want to group, idk if there's any particularly crazy macro to it.

also more early game with double support I like to both go to herald, since if you sit in lane too long you get farming penalty so you need something to do anyways

vs their adc who, if they also move to herald, loses farm they want to get

it's also good if after the herald play your mid can walk or tp bot to collect the wave that probably got to bot tower by this point
