But it's not that weak, you just don't have as much sustained dmg or enough dmg to burst someone. Which is a bit unintuitive because lucian nami is known for being really strong early, so it seems weird but you lose extended trades lvl 1 to lethal tempo adcs and maybe some supports.

Though I wonder if some people lean too hard into "actually nami lucian is weak lvl 1 we need lvl 2"...it's still pretty good
