Crucible in particular feels really game changing in certain games. Redemption and shurelyas are the other two active enchanter items. I think moonstone ticks faster with ingenious hunter too but its users don't do this very well idk.

Ingenious hunter gives 20-50 item haste (16.7% to 33.3% cdr) so

crucible 120s -> 100s to 80s

redemption 90s -> 75s to 60s

shurelyas 75s -> 62.5s to 50s, and I think passive 4s per champ -> 3.3s to 2.7s

The problem is who really wants to buy heal/shield power and defensive stats, and apply shurelyas??

A lot of enchanters have good ap ratios (lulu, nami, sona) and don't get a ton out of heal/shield power (lulu, nami), so crucible/redemption feels like man I could be buying ability power right now.

Soraka has good ap ratios too but maybe it's good on her, she definitely likes redemption active and heal/shield power. Shurelyas meh but moonstone meh as well and like crown lol weird but whatever

Karma scales so badly anyways so if you're an E bot regardless you might as well get a bit of heal/shield power and valuable actives which is why I thought it'd be good on karma. The one thing is at max rank her e is an 8s cd so you don't benefit from the shurelyas passive speed cooldown reduction on individual teammates if that's a thing.

Zilean uses the shurelyas passive speed super well with EWE but he doesn't get anything except for his ult (whatever) out of the heal/shield power...

Morgana idk maybe if ppl start playing engage supports but not shurelyas...if they make radiant virtue an active? And crucible e max morgana seems like a bit overkill

Redemption/crucible/shurelyas sound like they go together well with ingenious hunter, but no champ I can think of fits the weird mix of defensive stats + heal/shield power + actives + shurelyas applications...

Maybe sona honestly but sona scales well with everything and the opportunity cost of moonstone/sofw/seraphs is pretty high
